	Hello, since we use the 'MAM SDK Policy Container' for Secure Mail, Secure Mail on Android devices asks for a PIN code when starting the app. This question for the PIN code only comes after a restart of the device, after that no more (as long as the device is not restarted).<br />
	Can that PIN code option also be disabled? If so, how?

	We have an issue with Secure Web not being able to redirect back to mobile app after authentication with our idp.

	The scenario is: mobile app starts - enter user name - secure web starts - performs auth - instead of redirecting back to mobile app, i get an error "SecureWeb cannot open the page because the address is invalid" 
</p>

<p>
	In this test case all restrictions (open in etc) are set to unrestricted and this regards ONLY iOS devices. Android works just fine. 
</p>

<p>
	Any ideas?

	Yesterday all our Secure Mail users were suddenly greeted with a password prompt, followed by a "<em>Please resolve expired or locked passwords before continuing</em>", with only a Try Again-button. I have not done any recent policy changes, and I have the latest (22.9.0) MDX files applied. This happens on both iOS and Android. We're running XenMobile 10.12.0.8, on prem, with latest patch 10.12.0.11103 installed. Does anyone have any good troubleshooting tips for this?

	since we renewed our APNS certificate and our VPP token, there have been big problems:<br>
	As soon as a user imports an iOS update, the apps that have already been installed (MDX and APP provided via VPP) disappear!<br>

	Since it also affects the Citrix apps, I suspect a connection with the new APNS certificate. But I am not sure.<br>
	 
</p>

<p>
	The only solution is to reinstall the Secure Hub and reconnect the device to the MDM.<br>
	 
</p>

<p>
	Is this a known problem or has anyone had experience with it?<br>
	 
</p>

<p>
	I would be very happy about a quick answer.<br>

I am unable to recreate this on my own device, the password synced up immediately when I tested it this morning.

	I have and interesting issue.  Running Xenmobile Software release build 10.14.0.6 with the patch for logj4.  We deploy Samsung phones with KME, which pushes the SecureHub app and I do MDM and MAM.

	Ever since I patched, the enrollment of a phone works but it is intermittent on a few things.  One issue I'm seeing is that I'm deploying apps automatically using the Google Play store "Work Apps" function.  All of sudden, its either a delayed install, no install, or it works fine. Very random.  Another issue is an Android Enterprise Managed Configurations device policy that allows Samsung SmartSwitch to run.  If I look at the device details on the xenmobile server, click on the Delivery Groups section, I can see all the xml entries telling me which policies are applying.  I don't see the device policy for the SmartSwitch Android Enterprise Managed Configurations device policy being applied.

	Finally, I have an email policy that configures the local Samsung Email application where I define the active sync url.  While I can see the policy applying, its not actually passing that url into the app. It deafults to office365 url.

On iOS I get notifications for new mail, on Android not. FCM is configured and a selective wipe etc just works. Notifications are of course turned on in Secure Mail. Anyone else having this issue and know a solution for it?

	I have used KME with Intune and linking the KME with an Intune profile was very straightforward.

	1. Create the enrollment profile in MS intune

	2. The profile generates a QR Code and Token.
</p>

	3. Copy the token string Into the Custom JSON Data string e.g. {"com.google.android.apps.work.clouddpc.EXTRA_ENROLLMENT_TOKEN": "Enter Intune enrollment token string here"}
</p>

	4. Add device to the KME profile.
</p>

<p>
	Now when you reset the device or turn on if new. It will automatically link the KME profile to the enrollment profile in Intune.

	The app of choice is the Microsoft Launcher. All seems well it installs ok, the associated Managed Configuration policy is deployed.

	App order, wallpaper are enabled and configured but none apply.
</p>

	Can CEM recognise the managed settings configured, do they actually work together full stop.

	I have a customer which want to use SecureWeb and mail on Samsung devices without Register a Google Play account on the device. So the Enterprise Distribution with apk and wrapping is no more supported I want wo use Android for work in work mode (I think there is no other way). I have installed the Samsung device with afw#xenmobile and registered this on the xenmobile 10.9 Server. For my test I have used a Samsung tablet SM-T805 with Android 6.0.1.  The enrollment is finished and I can publish the apps. But the camera button is missing. Is there a Special policy to activate the camera function?

<p>first of all: I don't get it.</p>

<p>We set up 'SecureHub' (a VPP app) as an required app for our DEP group.</p>
<p>The result is every DEP device gets 'Secure Hub' silently after iOS FTU wizard without the need of an Apple-ID. Fine.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Unfortunately one user deleted 'SecureHub'. No problem I thought. 'SecureHub' will be pushed again anyway and then the user can enroll the device again. But nothing was pushed. Ok, maybe I have to trigger 'deploy' for that specific user. But nothing was pushed. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>After all we setup 'SecureHub' as an required app for every delivery group. But it still doesn't work. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>All other apps like 'SecureMail' or 'SecureWeb' are pushed again but 'SecureHub' not. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>The funny part is that 'SecureHub' is pushed and installed silently again for BYOD devices when users uninstall them. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>My questions are: </p>
<p>- can I prevent users from uninstalling/deleting  apps?</p>
<p>AND</p>
<p>- how do I deploy 'SecureHub' to DEP devices after someone deleted it?</p>

	Hi! So far I published only Citrix apps via MDX, now I am trying to publish a public app from the store (SAP Fiori for iOS).

	Here is what I did:

	Under "Device Policies" I added an "App Configuration Policy", in the "Dictionary content" I added the URL to our internal Fiori server.
</p>

	Under "Apps" I added the SAP Fiori App from the store.

	I can see the app in our store and can install it. When I start the app, I got asked for username/password, but after clicking "OK" I get "Host not found" and do not see an attempt to contact the internal Fiori server on our firewall. Could it be that the phone does a DNS query on the internet instead of asking our internal DNS server?

	During Enrollment of Android Enterprise Device the user is being asked to enter PIN and a Device PIN. I am not sure what is the difference between the first PIN and the second Device PIN. When the user enters the DEVICE PIN it does not accept it and it goes into timing mode for few seconds and then asks him to re-enter the PIN again. So, he enters the PIN and then again back to the same.

	I did a Selective Wipe and still the same. 
</p>

	I deleted it completely, made him re-install SecureHub and still the same. He gets stuck at this point and cannot proceed.
