The ctirix workspace is the last one (25.5).</p><p>The 180  rotation is still active on published application. It is disabled everywhere except there. The readers have a 4.3" wvga display. If the supplier tries to access the published application using rdp and setting a resolution of 600x1000 on rdp client (see attachment) everything works fine, if instead I try to connect with the latest version of workspace for Android app the application is not completely displayed, even though I have already tried to change all the screen settings in workspace app but it doesn't seem to work.
I wanted to understand if it was possible to replicate the custom resolution that I use in RDP client also in the Citrix workspace app.</span></pre>

	When the user logs into the Workspace app or logs in via a web browser on the phone, he's able to log in successfully, but cannot launch any apps or desktops. It does download the .ica file, but then the Workspace app crashes when attempting to use the .ica file.

	1. Steps taken to troubleshoot: Cleared Manage Space and Clear Cache under Storage&gt;Apps
</p>

<p>
	2. Reinstalled Citrix Workspace app.
</p>

<p>
	3. Rebooted the phone.
</p>

	4. Confirmed the .ica file is opening with the Workspace app in case  there was a file association issue.
</p>

<p>
	5. Went into the Settings in the Workspace app and tried the "Activate Citrix Workspace app" and "Change Citrix Workspace app", but that didn't resolve.
</p>

<p>
	6. Tried going into the File/Folders on the phone after removal of the Workspace app to see if any files were left behind, but couldn't find any.
</p>

<p>
	7. Confirmed the user is able to log into and launch apps/desktops from the Citrix Storefront, from other devices.
</p>

<p>

<p>
	This is only happening to this phone. Are there any other troubleshooting steps we can take with the phone/Workspace app?

	I am trying to determine if it is possible to print from Workspace for Android (on a Galaxy Tab 4) to a wifi connected Epson printer (using an app to connect to the printer).

	The tablets are connecting over the internet via cellular broadband.

	In my testing I don't see the printer in the list of available printers from the print dialog box. 
</p>

	My guess is that this isn't possible. I haven't found much information online on this topic. Has anyone else done any work with this type of setup?

	Dear All, I have the Citrix Workspace 22.2.0 for Android.  <br>
	When i first login on Internal network and type the domain credentials, it works well.<br>
	But  when i login again, it show the error message "Citrix Workspace could not verify server or email address, Error code 437"<br>
	Re-create profile on App only fixed the problem for first login, then contact only external Default Gateway which is not accessible from the internal network.<br>
	Beacons on Storefront are configured correctly.
</p>

	Previos versions Citrix Workspace 21.11.0 for Android works well for us.<br>
	Citrix workspace 22.2.0 for iOS works well too.
</p>

I just upgraded to Virtual Apps and Desktops 7 2203 LTSR and all clients(Windows, Android and iOS) were able to connect without issue prior to upgrade. It appears there was a new version of Workspace(22.4.0.4) that was just pushed out as it just reset my EDT setting, so I turned that off(because I had issues connecting before) and tested the connection and received the following error: "The requested server is not accepting connections as this time. Try again later."

	I have had a support case open for 2 weeks now and the tech has done nothing other than send logs to the development team.  They haven't even provided any basic troubleshooting in the 2 weeks since the case was opened.  I have got to be missing some configuration that may have been reset on the upgrade.  I did update the SSL certificate prior to the upgrade as well.  Support came back on Friday and stated:

	Running a samsung S21 ultra (also an issue with S10) latest version of Citrix workspace for android running in DeX mode.  Add in the Store address and navigate the 'login' screen is white or display is cut off with a white section.  Same issue if using different default browsers (Edge, chrome).  Removed the browsers and the login screen displays correctly.

	Have a new tablet running android 11 that I use as a secondary work device. Downloaded the most recent version of Citrix Workspace from Google Play and am able to get into my company's storefront, but it appears that some apps (most notably MS Teams) are not fully closing upon signout. They persist in a "disconnected but not closed" state, and I have no way to reconnect to the existing instance, nor does Citrix allow me to open a new instance in a new session. Per other comments, I should be able to close the existing sessions via Connection Center, however, the instructions always state "right click the Citrix icon in the system tray and select Connection Center", and there is no system tray on the android tablet to perform this action. How do you access Connection Center other than through the system tray? There doesn't seem to be any option within the Citrix app itself (settings, etc).

	However, the user experience is bad, besides missing functionalilty like multi desktop we also struggle with the menu bar that automatically drops down in full screen mode. This bar has a close button, exactly on the location where a user would click to close the application in the vdi session. When the bar drops down, they click on that by accident and then close thw whole session.

	We are using Citrix Workspace app for ChromeOS on a managed Chromebook. Local printers do show up and work in Windows, however network printers do not. 
</p>

	I can't find anything related to this, does it work, and if so, what configuration should I apply?

	In our environment, we have since the beginning of September the following message sometimes appering: <strong>Thinwire unknow command:0xff, previous=0xc2</strong>
</p>

<p>
	We have our VDA, NetScaler and Delivery Controller on the newest Version. Before it worked over month, without these message. We can't really find any Logs to it, neither in the Win Event Viewer nor in the Citrix Logs. 
</p>

	This error appears only on Andorid Devices, Windows Computers on the same Terminal Servers work without this error. The Workspace App on the Android devices are 20.9.5. 
</p>

	Any advice or similar experience to this?
