	I can't seem to get Storefront to upgrade when using the 7.15 CU1 LTSR media. It constantly says "StoreFront cannot be upgrading because the following folders are in use by another program. Close the program and try again." "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Citrix\Web"

<p>
	The problem is the folder isn't in use, I can rename the folder, I stopped all services including IIS, and I still constantly get this prompt.

	I'm currently using Citrix StoreFront version 2411 (on-premises) with the new user interface enabled. I’m trying to customize the appearance of the buttons (e.g., the login button) by modifying the <code>custom style.css</code> file located at:
</p>

<div>
	<div dir="ltr">
		<code><span><span><span>C:</span></span><span>\inetpub\wwwroot\Citrix\&lt;SiteName&gt;\</span><span><span>custom</span></span><span>\style.css</span></span></code>
	</div>

	<div dir="ltr">

	</div>
</div>

<p>
	I’ve added the following CSS to change the button background and text color:
</p>

<div>
	<div dir="ltr">
		.button.default { <br />
		  background-color: #4898d8;<br />
		  color: #ffffff;<br />
		}<br />

	</div>

	<div dir="ltr">

	</div>
</div>

<p>
	However, the changes are not being reflected in the UI. I’ve tried the following steps without success:
</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		<p>
			Cleared browser cache and tested in incognito mode.
		</p>
	</li>
	<li>
		<p>
			Tested on multiple devices and browsers.
		</p>
	</li>
	<li>
		<p>
			Restarted IIS services.
		</p>
	</li>
	<li>
		<p>
			Rebooted the server.
		</p>
	</li>
	<li>
		<p>
			Verified that the <code>style.css</code> file is correctly saved in the <code>custom</code> folder.
		</p>
	</li>
</ul>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Despite all this, the custom styles are not being applied. It seems like the new UI in StoreFront 2411 might be ignoring or overriding the <code>custom\style.css</code>.
</p>

<p>
	Has anyone experienced this behavior with the latest version of StoreFront? Is there a different method or file location required for styling buttons in the new UI?
</p>

<p>

	Hi all,
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	a customer did a security audit in which one result was that their Storefront servers use NTLM authentication. The customer wants to disable NTLM in his domain entirely.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Unfortunately, I could not find any documentation on this issue, so I checked my lab (Virtual Apps and Desktops 2203 LTSR CU2) where I could find the same NTLM authentication events. To see what happens, I set the domain controllers policy to deny all NTLM authentication requests. Now storefront is still working fine and the events are gone. Does anybody know if there is a official documentation that NTLM can be disabled for Storefront servers?

	In looking at these errors and reading other postings, its usually related to the wrong Callback URL or a certificate or untrusted certificate.  When checking the site https://subdomain.domain.com/CitrixAuthService/AuthService.asmx, I do not get a certificate error, in fact, I can see that it's using the right certificate.  Instead, I'm presented with webpage stating the following.

</p>

<p>
	It's as if the AuthService.asmx is missing from the NetScaler for the callback URL to work.  Am I missing a component or service that needs to be installed?  I'm using the VIP for the Citrix Gateway domain name (https://subdomain.domain.com/ points to the internal VIP).  We do have an internal DNS record that points to the internal VIP on the NetScaler.
</p>

<p>
	Any suggestions on where to look or what to try would be greatly appreciated.

	Hi all,

<p>
	we are encountering an issue after updateing Storefront from 2402 LTSR to CU1. A lot of clients are stuck on this screen:

<p>
	When the logged on user cleans the browser data or reloads the page multiple times with "CTRL" + "F5" the store will load. The users connect externaly via Gateway or internaly direct via Storefront.
</p>

<p>
	Is there a way to resolve this problem on the server side? (Reboot did not help.)
</p>

<p>
	Thanks,<br>

<p>
	We have a client who is using CVAD 2203 CU 3 to deliver applications to internal users.
</p>

<p>
	Now he is looking to integrate citrix with Accops Hy ID for multi factor authentication.
</p>

<p>
	Is it possible to integrate Accops Hy ID or as a SAML solution of Accops with citrix storefront for multi-factor authentication.
</p>

<p>
	If it is achievable, pls guide me accordingly.
</p>

<p>
	Looking forward for your response and thanks in advance.

	Hi All,
</p>

<p>
	I've recently put Citrix FAS into production for customers, as the POC environment showed no issues.
</p>

<p>
	However, it now came to light that after a few days of functionality, no users can login anymore. Eventvwr on the Delivery Controller shows "Access Denied" in EventID 28, and the FAS server Eventvwr sais "The username or Password is incorrect" (EventId 102).
</p>

<p>
	It is solved when rebooting the FAS server. I now have a "quicker fix" that I have one FAS server in Maintenance, and switch over to the other FAS server (putting the 1st in maintenance and the other out of it). That solves it immediately. But it keeps returning every so days.
</p>

<p>
	I've been searching and scratching my head for the past days. And basically am at a loss.
</p>

<p>
	Worth mentioning is that we run this environment in a DMZ VLAN which is connected to an RODC Domain Controller only. My gut tells me this is (part of) the issue, but technically I cannot underpin this. If it were issues regarding synchronization latency, one would expect the issue resolving itself within 15 minutes (the sync interval). Secondly, switching over to the other FAS wouldn't solve this.<br />
	I ran into another that the FAS server was unable to check the domain membership of the "Domain Users", when users connect, thus rejected the assertion. But I fixed <em>that</em> by adding "Everyone" to the restrictions, effectively bypassing any domain lookup.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I would love anyone to assist me on this.
</p>

	I am trying to setup a Tracking board for Citrix store front apps like Firstnet.  I am trying to see if there is some kind of setting that I can set so the store front app will open exactly how I want it open.
</p>

<p>
	Right now I am opening Firstnet and I have to use keystrokes from Powershell to set it to full screen or with ED Launchpoint to change from Firstnet to ED Launchpoint.
</p>

<p>
	I am trying to see if there are settings so I don't have use the keystrokes and just have it open straight to the screen it needs to.
